My name is Randy Bess and I own a condo in Sosua which is about 10 minutes from Cabarete. I live in Sosua part time and love the area. I’m a real estate broker in Florida and own a discount real estate company called Realty- Mart America.
Cabarete is an interesting village, the entire North Coast of the Dominican Republic features beautiful Caribbean beaches and excellent weather year round. The investment opportunities are superb and many Florida investors and developers are taking a hard look at Cabarete. It’s the perfect beach paradise with more water sports activity than any other Caribbean beach, in my opinion.
